Shipping to the US Only at this time. During official holidays and the holiday season, there may be unforeseen shipping delays that are out of our control such as weather, and/or high shipping volumes for all carriers. Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends. We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.
- Shipments/orders refused due to non-payment of C.O.D charges will not receive a refund for shipping charges/costs paid.
- Please ensure a valid international shipping address for your shipment(s)/order(s).
- Shipment(s)/order(s) not picked up from your country's Postal Office/Service Center, or failed to be delivered to your inputted address may be abandoned and destroyed, or may be 'returned to sender'. In the event of a shipment returned to us, due to an invalid, incorrect, undeliverable address, a restocking fee up to 15% may apply.
- Processing time: All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping methods: We offer standard ground shipping due to size and fragility.
- Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and your shipping address. You can view the shipping rates during the checkout process before placing your order.
- Delivery time: Delivery times will vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery time. Generally, standard shipping within the United States takes 2-5 business days.
- International shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can track your package in real-time.
- Shipping errors: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Shipping restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location based on our discretion.
- Local pickup: you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup (select option at checkout). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and schedule to make an appointment.
- Order status: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@dolceluxecandleco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
